In order to create a solid basis for future discussions with university management and the government, we have developed a survey for the “Mittelbau” at Austrian universities. One and a half years after the amendment to the Universities Act (UG) came into force, we want to find out what the working situation of the “Mittelbau” actually looks like. We are particularly interested in the effects of §109 UG.
